The size printed on each product is the brand's original label size. Brand sizing differs, so use the measurements on the product page rather than converting by number alone.

A minor fault is a small imperfection. The item is sold as seen at a lower price, and the fault is noted in the product information.

Eligible items can be exchanged within 7 days. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging and have their tags. Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Refunds are available only for a defective item that cannot be replaced, or if Flo sends the wrong item or size. We process a refund after the return and quality check. We do not refund change-of-mind purchases.
