Prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes. Product images are indicative. Colours and appearance can vary by screen. Stock is subject to availability, and an item is not reserved until the order is accepted.

You may pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer. We may contact you to confirm an order before dispatch. If you repeatedly refuse COD parcels, we may require prepayment for future orders.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. Exchanges and refunds are handled under our refund and exchange policy. Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Please provide accurate delivery and contact details. We may correct errors, update product information or cancel an order if stock or pricing information is incorrect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the relevant courts in Pakistan.
