Refund and exchange policy

We want you to receive the right item in good condition. Please check these terms before sending anything back.
When a refund is available
Refunds are available only when an item is defective and cannot be replaced, or when Flo Apparels sends the wrong item or size.
We process the refund after the returned item is received and passes a quality check. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
Return conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and have their tags. Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
How to request help
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a description of the issue. We will confirm the next step and return details.
An exchange takes 7 to 10 days after the parcel is received back.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order within 12 hours. COD orders are cancelled immediately. Paid orders are refunded in 7 to 10 working days.
